It drips and shrinks…shrinks…smaller and smaller. Finally, the watery remains evaporate to nothing. I melt all remaining ice cubes using the same magnified focus until no ice cubes remain.

“The ice cubes are like tumors and as I focus my intention to dissolve them, it’s like I am focusing the powerful rays of the sun to melt ice cubes of cancerous tumors. And the tumors dissolve until there are only healthy cells.

“As I do that, I also melt and release any hurts, shocks or remorse my mind may have harbored … consciously or unconsciously. I release the hurts from the past and turn my attention to this new day. It is time to let go of any deep hurts, resentments or hidden grief that may have been gnawing away at me. I forgive and release all of the past because it has gone now. I choose to fill my present reality with life, joy and vitality. I approve of myself.”And as I take my next slow deep breath, I affirm all of life and I harmonize with my body and with the physical world.”

“I declare that all things work together for my healing and for my highest good. I recognize that all circumstances may be used as opportunities to learn and grow as a human being.

“As I undergo medical procedures to help eradicate cancerous tumors, I become very relaxed and take slow deep breaths.
