“I feel safe and secure covered in the soft, cozy blue blanket. I feel like a baby  who is being taken care of by a strong and protective guardian. Like a happy and well-loved infant, I feel utterly peaceful and completely worry-free now. All negative emotions dissolve entirely, replaced by utter comfort here and now.

“My breathing becomes more relaxed and regular now. My heartbeat slows down to a safe and comfortable rhythm. 

“The muscles of my entire body loosen and relax. Loosen and relax. The nerve endings of every part of me calm down and relax. Calm down and relax. My thoughts are gentle and quiet ones. My feelings are blissfully pure with a deep serenity.

(Take a full 30 seconds to experience calm.)

“And now I imagine I am immersed in a warm bath of deep blue liquid light. Every part of my skin is soothed, warmed and healed by this light bath. I picture any patches of eczema fading … fading … until all that is left is clear, comfortable, beautiful skin. It is a glorious experience! 

(Take 15 seconds to imagine clear and healthy skin and feel glad.)

“With the stress gone I may discover freedom from any itching, soreness or any other unpleasant sensations now … or in a few minutes. The process of healing has begun so I begin to notice improvement in the look and sensations of my skin.
