Make yourself comfortable, and close your eyes. 

Take a slow deep breath, and let go of any tension in your body, as you settle into a more relaxed posture. 

Feel yourself dropping down from your mind into your body. 

Feel the weight of your body sinking into the surface you’re resting on, as you become still more comfortable and relaxed.

You will soon be receiving a visit within, and so, much as you might prepare your home to welcome a special guest, let’s take a few moments to clear your mind, and open your heart, as you prepare to welcome Mother Mary.

Imagine a soft shower of silver light is being sent down toward you from heaven. 

See and feel the light, sparkling raindrops falling all around and through you, clearing your energy, lifting your spirit, and leaving everything sweet and fresh, as it would be after a light summer rain.

Now imagine a warm current of love is softly pulsing in the center of your chest, in your spiritual heart. 

As this love continues to pulse, your heart becomes warmer, and softer, and begins to open like a flower in the sunshine. 

And as your heart opens, everything seems to fade away but love, and love begins to fill your whole being with this warm, soft feeling.

Imagine your love begins to overflow, and spread out from you in every direction. 

And as your love continues to expand, it meets another outpouring of love that’s coming down from heaven. 

And where your love, and this heavenly love meet, rose petals begin to appear, delicate and pink, manifesting in the air, and drifting softly down around you.

The petals are a gift from Mary, letting you know that she is coming. 

Down they float, settling all around you, and bringing the sweetest scent, the most wonderful feeling, and a blessing of peace from Mother Mary. 

Take a few moments to receive this blessing, as it continues to help you open and expand your heart.

As the blessing unfolds, Mary herself comes closer, and closer, so that you can begin to feel her enfolding you with her love.

And now, soft as a whisper, she is with you, seated before you, and surrounded by heavenly light. 

Mary asks nothing, and offers everything, with her kind attention focused entirely upon you. 

She sees you, knows your struggle, and knows your heart. 

And she loves you completely, for the precious child of God that you are. Sit with her here for a few moments, and simply enjoy her company, and her love.

Remember how you were as a little child, so innocent, and open to everything. 

Perhaps when you were little, things were difficult, and you sometimes felt afraid, or frustrated, unable to manage the world around you. 

Allow Mother Mary to hold you now, as if you were that precious, innocent child, and receive her love and comfort.

What would you most like to ask Mother Mary? 

Let the questions come up from your heart, and listen within as she softly responds. 

Take some time and allow this conversation to unfold naturally. Ask, be still, listen, and know.

Mother Mary would like to show you something about God’s love, and extends her hands, asking if you would take them in yours. 

As soon as you feel her touch you begin to travel inwardly with her, toward the heart of God, going deeper, and deeper, and still deeper still, as the energy of love becomes stronger and stronger. 

And when it seems that you couldn’t possibly go any deeper within, you find yourself fully embraced in Mother Mary’s arms, while she is fully embraced by God. 

It’s as if she were receiving Gods love in all its power, softening it in her own heart, and pouring it tenderly into you. 

Allow Mary to continue to hold you in this way for a while, as you simply receive.

Stay with Mother Mary a little longer, and allow the meaning of the following simple prayer, to reveal itself.

Oh, Divine Mother,

Bless my heart

Embrace my soul

And with your tender love and mercy

Dissolve my fear to help me better know God’s love.

Show me where I can extend kindness to others.

Mother Mary, who shall I pray for today?

It will soon be time to bring this journey to a close, so take a few moments to thank Mother Mary for her love, and if you wish, ask her to remain with you in your heart over the coming days.
