And if you choose, you can close your eyes, but only if your eyes want to close and never because you think I want your eyes to close. So don’t help me by closing your eyes…. And don’t not help me by not closing your eyes. Let your mind drift and don’t not close your eyes if they don’t want to not open… . And don’t not open your eyes if they don’t want to not close… just let them do as they want….
And breathe as you want to breathe. Don’t not breathe deeply because you think I want you to not breathe in that way or any way and don’t not let out a deep gentle exhale unless you truly don’t want to not breathe gently and easily… just breathe as you choose, letting each breath not relax you or relax you as you choose.
And your mind can follow my words with exquisite attention or your mind can attend to any exquisite thought it chooses…. or not choose with exquisite balance. And don’t not let your mind drift and don’t not let your mind focus, but let your mind choose to drift or focus as it chooses. And no matter what your mind chooses, you are aware of everything and yet you are not aware.
And the more you are aware, the more your inner mind is conscious and your conscious mind is inside. Your subconscious mind is awake and aware and your conscious mind is at peace and choosing to be aware and yet not aware… outside and yet deeply within. Your conscious mind is feeling, hearing and seeing but your subconscious mind is seeing, hearing and feeling everything
and the more you don’t not relax, the more your inner mind comes out and your outer mind meets it going in. Your subconscious mind knows and because your subconscious mind knows, your conscious mind can know or not know as you choose. Your outer mind can rest and sleep or it can be present as the inner mind does its magic. The more you don’t not rest your outer mind, the more your inner mind doesn’t not work its magic. And whatever you choose or don’t choose; the magic isn’t not working. Your inner mind never doesn’t know, and never doesn’t work the magic.
Your inner conscious subconscious mind remembers everything so your outer conscious mind can choose what to remember, because your outer conscious mind can’t remember everything so it chooses what to not remember but your inner conscious mind is conscious and never doesn’t remember. You can remember what you choose to forget or forget what you choose to forget. And in forgetting what you choose, you can choose to remember…. It doesn’t matter if your outer mind forgets. It need not remember. Your inner mind remembers what you need to remember and never forgets while your outer mind can choose to not remember, and relax.
Now let your inner mind listen carefully, and your outer mind can listen or not listen as it chooses. And as you continue to listen to my voice, each sound and each breath causes you to relax more deeply and your outer conscious mind focuses on the feelings inside and your inner conscious mind listens and works. Your outer mind drifts in, not caring about the cares of the world, and your outer mind rises out, caring for you as your conscious mind doesn’t not sleep and doesn’t not rest and recharge itself.
And the more you don’t not recharge and rest, the more each breath doesn’t not carry you into more serene and tranquil inner awareness and control. And the less you try to control the more control you have; and the more you don’t not flow with your inner going, the more you don’t not find miracles happening in your inner being and outer life. And just letting yourself relax more deeply now, your eyes doing what they naturally want to do; and your breath breathing you as it naturally wants to breathe.
As I count in an orderly manner from 10 down to one, your outer mind can try to decipher the order if it chooses, or let the order take care of itself. Every count in its order doesn’t not cause your mind to double its relaxation and openness to positive change.
