For example, if you wanted to be a great athlete, you might be on an athletic field or in a gym. 

If you wanted to be an actor, you might be on a stage or a movie set, and if you wanted to be a writer you might be in an office with a computer and perhaps some bookshelves. 

Take a good look at your surroundings, and notice that everything you’d need to succeed is here.

As your scene unfolds further, you’ll find that surrounding you is a circle of support; a kind of cheering section of people who have come to offer you love and encouragement. 

The circle may include friends, relatives, teachers and others you may know, as well as great figures you admire, whom already excel at what you aspire to.

All of the people in your circle believe in you, want to see you succeed, and know that you can. 

As they stand around you in the circle, open yourself to the powerful positive energy they’re sending your way. 

Give yourself time to take it in, to the point where you’re so full of encouragement there’s no room within you for fear or doubt.

Now, out of the circle one person teps forward who’ll be working with you, a “super-coach” who embodies all the qualities you seek. 

This person has excelled at what you aspire to, and has coached many others like you to success. 

He or she may be someone in particular you know and would like to work with, a prominent current or historical figure, or a composite of people and qualities you admire. 

But most of all, he or she has tremendous empathy, understanding, and confidence in you, and is not above giving you a kick in the butt from time to time, if needed.

Your super coach places his or her hands on your shoulders, and instantly you feel a powerful surge of energy moving through you, energy so strong you practically have no choice but to use, lest it burn you up. 

Immediately see yourself working with confidence toward what you most want to do. 

Watch as you take action, try new things, and find out what works and what doesn’t. 

You’re fully confident, swept up in the momentum of what you’re doing, and mistakes and miscues don’t bother you in the least.
