It could be a place you’ve visited or an imaginary place. There’s no limitation.
It’s completely up to you. A place all to yourself where you can just sink in, right on the earth and feel at ease. (pause)
A beautiful, natural spot where you feel completely welcome. Allow this comforting place to arise in your awareness now.(long pause)
