Free 15 Minute Guided Imagery Script: Conversation with Archangel Michael [PDF]

Make yourself comfortable, and close your eyes. 

Take a slow deep breath, and let go of any tension in your body, as you settle into a more relaxed posture.

Feel yourself dropping down from your mind into your body. 

Feel the your body sinking into the surface you’re resting on, as you become still more comfortable and relaxed.

Continue to breathe deeply and slowly, and enjoy the feeling of becoming lighter, and lighter. 

Imagine you’re suspended in the air, and surrounded by clouds so thick it’s impossible to see where you are. 

It feels good to be floating like this, and you don’t really mind not knowing what’s around you. 

In fact, it’s nice for a change not to know, and to just let everything go, as you simply breathe in, and out.

As the clouds around you begin to dissipate, you find you’re in the center of a huge, white room that’s floating in the air, with its ceiling open to the sky. 

And coming down from the heavens, right into this room, is a beam of golden light, enveloping and embracing you. 

Slowly breathe this light in and out, as you become accustomed to it, and allow your focus to shift up along its beam, into the heavens.

As you look up, you see that within the beam of light is a staircase. 

And this is staircase is a symbolic welcome, an invitation to you, from Archangel Michael. 

And although the stairs are steep, you feel light as a feather, and know it’s perfectly safe to climb.

As you step on the first step, you hear Michael call your name and say, “I am here to help you use love, to overcome every obstacle.” 

Take a deep breath, and breathe in love.

As you climb higher, the golden light from above becomes a little brighter, and you hear Michael say, “I am here to help you surrender your anger and frustration.” 

Take a deep breath, and let it go.

As you climb higher, and step upon the third step, the golden light begins to shift to white, and you hear Michael say, “I am here to help you use love to answer your heartfelt prayers.” 

Take a deep breath, and breathe in love.

And as you climb higher, and step upon the fourth step, the golden light becomes pure white, and you hear Michael say, “I am here to help you surrender your pain and sadness.” 

Take a deep breath, and let it go.

As you climb higher, and step upon the fifth step, the light from above begins to expand, and intensify, and you hear Michael say, “I am here to help you use love to break through your resistance.” 

Take a deep breath, and breathe in love.

And as you climb higher, and step upon the sixth step, the light from above becomes brighter, and more powerful still, and you hear Michael say, “I am here to help you surrender your doubt and fear.” 

Take a deep breath, and let it go.

As you climb higher, and step upon the top step, the light from above becomes all encompassing, and glows with every color of the rainbow. 

And you hear Michael say, “I am here to support you with love, in every way possible, whenever your motivation is pure.” 

Take a deep breath, and breathe in love.

Your next step places you into the midst of Michael’s heavenly realm, where love pours forth from the Creator in its purest form, and color and sound is everywhere, rich and resplendent. 

Michael stands before you, tall and majestic, with his gleaming sword of truth and discernment at his side, ready to be of service to you.

Michael looks directly into your eyes, and says:

“Every difficult situation you face is an opportunity to transform darkness into light. 

Meet me on the inner battlefield of life, and I will bring my angels and my sword to help you conquer fear, doubt, and every kind of illusion.”

Michael approaches, and extends his hands, focusing his love upon you. 

Rays of every color pour forth from his hands, and powerfully flow into your head, your heart, and everywhere within you. 

Experience yourself becoming filled with these rays of light, driving out darkness, and charging you with God’s love, until you become totally radiant. 

Take some time to experience this, as love and light pour into you, purifying your mind, and strengthening your heart.

From this vantage point, within Archangel Michael’s heavenly realm, and steeped in the love and light that he brings, consider a situation in your life that you find challenging, and take a new look. 

See yourself being the kind of person you would most like to be, acting for the greatest good, and handling the situation with natural grace and ease. 

Take some time, and allow the scene to unfold in a new way—the most positive way possible. 

Allow Michael to help shape your vision.

Now consider something in your life that you know doesn’t currently serve your highest good. 

This could be a behavioral pattern, an attitude, or an association with something negative. 

Whatever it might be, imagine it’s represented by a dark cloud several feet away, that contains everything you’d like to be free of. 

Get a good look at that cloud, and imagine it’s connected to you by a dark cord that extends from your solar plexus, just below your chest.

Ask Archangel Michael to intervene on your behalf, to help you let go of this darkness. 

With one swift movement, Michael brings down his gleaming sword, cuts the cord cleanly, and that dark cloud and cord completely dissolve, into heavenly light.

Michaels says,

“It is my honor to assist you in your process of becoming free. 

And it is your responsibility to remain free, by being vigilant. 

Always remember to make the choices that help you focus upon love, and let go of everything else.”

Ask Michael to reveal anything specific about you and your life that you need to know in order to follow his advice, including whatever you’ve not yet had the courage to hear or see. 

Listen, look, and know his answer.

Take a moment to allow the meaning of the following prayer to go deep within you:

Dear Archangel Michael, 

Through the grace of God

Please help me to embrace every challenge as an opportunity

To look deep within my heart for truth 

To let go of fear

To expand in love

To engage fully in life

And to learn to trust in God’s plan.

It will soon be time to bring this journey to a close. 

So take a moment to thank Michael the Archangel for his love, and to thank yourself for giving yourself the opportunity to be open to receive it.

Take your time, and when you’re ready, open your eyes, and feel awake, alert, and refreshed.
