To get what you want, you need to appreciate what you already have first. We’ll reprogram your subconsciousness, so you feel good now.
Take a deep breath in, breathe out and allow yourself to feel relaxed. Listen to the sound of my voice and allow it to take you deeper.
You can close your eyes or keep them open, as you wish. If you wish, close
your eyes now. Let go and relax. It feels so good to close your eyes and let them relax.
Take a deep breath. Let it out again and feel relaxed; focus on your breath, breathe deeper and slower with each breath.
On the inhale, filling your lungs, and on the exhale, breathing out old, still air. Breathe in positive energy. With each breath, your mind slows down a bit more.
As your mind slows down, you are going even deeper with relaxation.
If your mind wanders, it’s okay. If thoughts are running through your mind, it’s okay too. Let them disappear like clouds in the sky.
If you start to feel sleepy, that’s okay, too. Just breathe and relax, comfort your feelings.
Now, mentally scan your body, notice the parts where you might feel tensed or uncomfortable. Breathe deep and relax that area, letting go of discomfort. Just listen to my voice and try to visualize. Let me guide you on this journey. You are creating what you want with ease. You are allowing your mind, body, and spirit to be together and work together.
Open your mind to positive energy.
Take a few moments to appreciate all the good in your life. Feel the gratitude and allow positive energy to flow through you. As you’re in this state, you are creating a new, motivated attitude. Your subconscious will keep it for those moments when you lack motivation.
Your choices define who you are. Now you choose to make healthy and proactive choices, taking charge of your life and the future.
